John Macco was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin and has lived in the area his entire life. He grew up with six siblings in a 1200 square foot house on Pilgrim Street till the day he turned 18. John is married to wife Suzan, and together they have two sons. After graduating from Green Bay Southwest High School, John helped his father, Jim Macco, found Macco’s Floor Cover Centers, Inc., which now has six locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin. John has worked in marketing and managed small businesses in the finance field. Currently, John is President of Macco Financial Group, Inc., a business he runs with his son. Together, they provide financial planning for families.
John has always understood the need for community involvement. He has served on the executive board for Olde Main Street, has been active with Downtown Green Bay, Inc., and served as both elder and deacon at his church, Central Church Green Bay. John is currently a member of Olde Main Street and the Republican Party of Brown County. John also enjoys outdoor activities including, diving, cycling, flying, skiing and gardening.
